Innovation, Policy, and Collective Action in Global Energy Communities in 2025
Shaping the Future of Renewable Energy Together!
As the Troya Environmental Association, UEDAŞ, and the DE-RISK Project Team, we are pleased to extend our invitation to the 8th International Energy Cooperatives Conference. For the past seven years, the Troya Environmental Association has been organizing an annual conference series aimed at bringing together renewable energy cooperatives, relevant institutions, and decision-makers from Turkey and around the world. Through these events, we aim to strengthen energy cooperatives, create a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. Every year, we contribute to the sector by inviting expert speakers around various themes, showcasing successful examples, and encouraging active participation from cooperatives.
This year, as part of the 8th International Energy Cooperatives Conference, we will also host a “Regulatory Workshop” targeting local, national, and EU-level policymakers. This will be supported by the European Commission’s grant (Grant No. 101075515) and will build on the success of the DE-RISK project, which has been successfully implemented since October 1, 2022. The conference will take place on May 21, 2025, in Ankara, with the participation of 10 consortium members from six different countries running the DE-RISK project, alongside a broad target audience. The conference will focus on the themes “Innovation, Policy, and Collective Action in Global Energy Communities in 2025.”
We believe your participation in this significant event would greatly contribute to our conference with your expertise at the European and international levels. We would be honored to have you share your experiences with us either in person or online. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider participating.
Kind regards,
The Troya, UEDAŞ, and DE-RISK Team
